ABOUT
Ciara grew up in Ireland, developing her craft on set as part of camera teams in feature films and high-end television. She later moved to London and is a graduate of the internationally renowned National Film and Television School (NFTS), UK.
With experience shooting on both film and digital, she strives to explore the delicate balance between empathy and entertainment.
As a cinematographer, Ciara’s role is to support the story and the director’s vision. She enjoys discovering the most fitting approach for each project, shaping mood through lighting, framing, and camera movement. Drawn to strong compositions, naturalistic yet expressive lighting, and a sensitive, nuanced style, she brings a thoughtful perspective to
her work.
A daydreamer and keen observer of human nature, she finds inspiration in the details of everyday life.
